After your sponsorship is confirmed, you'll receive a personalized RSVP form with a unique URL to share with your table guests.
This form allows us to collect important details—such as guest names, meal preferences, and payment information—prior to the event. Gathering this information in advance helps us ensure a faster, more efficient check-in and check-out experience for everyone.
As the event date approaches, we’ll send helpful reminders to complete your table and encourage your guests to submit their RSVP information on time.
